I work with individuals to help them overcome the following life issues:

 
  • I will help you identify how and why you use addictive substances or things such as alcohol, drugs, shopping, food, etc. to manage your life and then teach you healthier alternatives to living.

  • I will help you understand why you are anxious and ways to reduce your anxiety and have a healthier growth mindset.

  • Whether your child or teen is experiencing anxiety, depression, bullying, self-esteem issues or just need a safe space to process their feelings, I am here to help!

  • Are you in a toxic and abusive relationship? I will give you a safe space to process your relational trauma and help you focus on yourself and less on the unhealthy relationship. Self-love is key to breaking traumatic bonds in intimate relationships.

  • Feeling more than blue? I will help you identify the severity of your depression and help you create a plan to reduce your depression and start living again!

  • Grief and loss can come in many forms: death, relationship breakups, job loss, moving, etc. I will guide you on a path of healing by utilizing grief therapy techniques and a safe space to navigate the stages of grief.

  • Change can be hard, but it does not have to be dreaded. I will help you navigate the tough transitions in life such as relationship break-up, divorce, job loss, career changes, aging, etc., and help you get on the other side of it.

  • I will work with you to overcome your traumatic event(s), and complex trauma due to abuse, so you can start living a healthier, safer life through the use of trauma-informed interventions.

  • Let’s face it, woman have unique issues come up in life as they go through different ages and stages. I provide a safe space to talk about and process all things about women including but not limited to: Post-partum depression, women’s health issues, miscarriage, and motherhood.
